What Makes the Herriman Campus Unique?

The Herriman Campus makes earning a Bachelor’s degree easier and more affordable than ever. Students begin their journey by enrolling as an SLCC student at Herriman, choosing one of the academic pathways offered, and completing the courses required for an Associate’s Degree. These credits will then transfer as the lower-division courses required for the corresponding Bachelor’s Degree as a University of Utah student at Herriman.

Once students complete their Associate’s Degree, they can seamlessly transfer to finish the upper-division courses as a University of Utah student at Herriman, earning their Bachelor’s Degree all in one place. Throughout this process, students receive support from faculty and staff from both institutions to ensure a smooth transfer experience.

Additionally, SLCC Herriman students can participate in University of Utah events and programs at Herriman, helping them build connections and a sense of community before transferring. Being familiar with University of Utah resources, staff, and faculty before transitioning makes the transfer process less overwhelming and more seamless.
